America Offline
America Offline is a very small group of
backward students who choose to communicate the old fashioned
way. Members handwrite letters in ink on paper, put these papers
into envelopes and "mail" them to club members on far
away campuses. With a sister club on a nearby community college
campus, AOLers actually meet face to face and attempt to converse
orally.

The Pot Heads
Social group which firmly believes that good ganja can open our
minds and set us free. Group denies allegations that they use
Mary Jane to avoid dealing with reality. Instead, they sit around
planning weekend festivals and braiding hemp jewelry. Annual High
Times subscription drive raises money for field trip to Amsterdam.
Incidentally, the Pot Heads and Jug Heads have been engaged a
bitter blood feud since the University's founding. Some believe
it started when a Pot Head said "I shouldn't have to go to
prison for smoking whatever I want to." However, all historical
records regarding the feud were accidentally shredded by the club
historian when he mistakenly "heard" the police at the
door.
The Sci Fi Superstars
Nerdy student group is comprised of the smartest 10% of the student
body. Informal weekly gatherings in The Sci Fi Stars Chatroom
affords participants the virtual opportunity to discuss comic
books, baud rates, "Star Trek," "Dr. Who,"
D&D, and MST3K (the Joel years only) in an artificial, futuristic
environment.
