TR 101 CUT RATE TRAVEL AGENT
Everyone wants a fabulous dream vacation at a super discount price,
but this is the real world and the good stuff ain't cheap. Luckily,
planet Earth is chock full of less than desirable locations which
can easily be called five-star. Learn to use deceptively flattering
promotional tactics like bikini-clad photos and fancy French names
to get clients the low price they want on the vacation they never
dreamed of. Find out which native creatures can legally be described
as local wildlife (cockroaches, man-sized rats) and which cannot
(rebel armies, pirates). Learn to use civil wars, natural disasters,
economic collapse, and acts of a vengeful God to your advantage,
while making a spiffy commission. Finally, uncover the special
lure of mystery vacations and the shocking horror of the coupon
room.

TR 201 CAR SINGING
Since first discovering the wheel, personkind has loved to sing
in the car. Whether it is a road trip or a beer run, there is
one basic rule of car singing: the louder the better. Course highlights
include backseat back-up singing, humming through the parts you
don't know, changing the actual lyrics into humorous sexual phrases,
and a revolutionary new technique for singing duets alone. Remember,
not everyone can sing, but everyone can sing in the car. Bonus
tip for cars without radios: All of Emily Dickinson's poems can
be sung to "The Yellow Rose of Texas."

TR 277 TRIPPING
Course will prepare students to enjoy a safe, sane and enlightening
hallucinogenic experience. You may foolishly believe that taking
acid can overload your brain and make you insane. Although that
is technically possible, tripping is beloved by millions. We'll
teach you patented flower-power tripping rules like: fire will
burn you, cars can hit you, and no matter what, you still can't
fly. Special guest lecturer will relate her memorable experience
of taking 50 hits in one day. Hear how her cat learned to slide
under doors and, consequently, how the lecturer was never quite
the same again. We'll read Aldous Huxley's "The Doors of
Perception" and discuss the pros and cons of both naturally
occurring and chemically manufactured hallucinogens. Finally,
learn to ward off bad trips by yelling, "No!" at anything
that appears to move. Remember, getting there is all the fun when
you're not really going anywhere.
